Oh Mi Organics "Silver Lining Giveaway" is open to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older (unless otherwise specified), except employees and immediate family members of Oh Mi Organics LLC. “Immediate family members” shall include spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren.  Upon entering the Oh Mi Organics giveaway, participants agree to waive any rights their state and/or territory of residence may provide in regards to sweepstakes or contests. The Silver Lining Giveaway is valid in the State of Michigan ONLY, void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO WIN:
1. With Product Purchase.
Win instantly by purchasing Oh Mi Organics Chocolate (plain Chocolate flavor only) and finding a shiny silver liner, as opposed to the standard white paper liner.
2.  Without Product Purchase
Participants can submit their entry into the Silver Lining Giveaway without purchasing Oh Mi Organics products by mailing a legibly handwritten note including first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP or postal code,     e-mail address and contact phone number to: Oh Mi Organics LLC, 115 E. Walker St., St. Johns, MI 48879. All submitted entries will be collected and one lucky winner will be randomly chosen on Dec. 31st, 2017. Mailed in     entries must be postmarked no sooner than October 1st, 2017 and no later than December 30th, 2017.  Failure to include all required information will void your entry submission. Participants may submit a maximum of 5 entries per person.

PRIZES

Instant winners will receive one hundred (100) Oh Mi Organics Chocolate (original recipe only). A maximum of 5 prizes will be awarded. This prize cannot be exchanged for any other form of consideration including but not limited to cash payment.

HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE:
    Claiming your prize via e-mail:
- Take a photo of the Silver Liner, with the outer package and e-mail it to: ohmiroganics@gmail.com. Please provide your contact information, including first and last name, address, phone number, and also the store location and the date you found the winning Silver Liner at.
    Claiming your prize via Mail:
- Simply mail the actual Silver Liner with the outer packaging to:

You must include a contact name, full address, phone number, e-mail address, and what store location and date you found the winning Silver Liner at. All Prizes must be claimed no later than January 15th, 2018.

Oh Mi Organics LLC will contact the winners using any means necessary that it deems appropriate. Oh Mi Organics LLC is not responsible for any changes to or discrepancies with contestant contact information.  In the event a winner does not respond within two weeks of being contacted by Oh Mi Organics LLC, the winner forfeits any and all rights to the Giveaway prize.

All potential instant winners are subject to further verification by Oh Mi Organics LLC and an individual is not a winner of any prize unless and until an entrant’s eligibility and the Silver Liner and packaging has been verified, and the entrant has been notified that verification is complete.  As part of the verification process, Oh Mi Organics LLC reserves the right to request additional entrant information including but not limited to proof of purchase and the actual Silver Liner and packaging prior to issuing of the prize.

Restrictions and Limitations of Liability

One winner per household. Oh Mi Organics LLC reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Silver Lining Giveaway if it is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any kind. All decisions of Oh Mi Organics LLC are final. The Silver Lining Giveaway is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan. Oh Mi Organics LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates, their officers, directors, agents, stockholders, insurers, and employees, and their advertising and promotional agencies and sponsors assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages, loss or injury resulting from participating in any contest or acceptance or use of any prize. In consideration of participation in the Silver Lining Giveaway, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the entrant, on entrant’s behalf, and on behalf of entrant’s heirs, successors or assigns, administrators and personal representatives, does hereby COVENANT NOT TO SUE, FULLY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Oh Mi Organics LLC (i) each of its respective direct and indirect subsidiaries, affiliates, partners and related entities, (ii) each of its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, insurers, attorneys, shareholders and representatives, and (iii) each predecessor, successor, and assign thereof, from and against any and all actions, charges, claims, losses, costs, damages, expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) and liabilities of any kind or character, whether known or unknown, in connection with, arising out of or in any way related to entrant’s participation in the Silver Lining Giveaway.
Oh Mi Organics LLC is not responsible for late, misdirected, lost, or misplaced entries for any reason, including electronic or computer malfunctions that may affect the delivery or content of the entry, nor are they liable for any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or hardware related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Silver Lining Giveaway. Oh Mi Organics LLC shall have no liability for any malfunction of the Internet, Oh Mi Organics LLC website or any other computer-related processor system.

 DISQUALIFICATION & PENALTIES
All participants agree to be bound by these rules. Oh Mi Organics LLC , in its sole discretion, further reserves the right to disqualify any person for (i) violating any of these rules, (ii) tampering with the operation of the Oh Mi Organics LLC  website or Giveaway Contest, (iii) gaining an unfair advantage in participating in the Silver Lining Giveaway, or (iv) engaging in otherwise disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior.

Oh Mi Organics LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to supplement or make changes to the rules of Silver Lining Giveaway at any time without notice. Oh Mi Organics LLC reserves the right in its sole discretion to interpret the rules of the Silver Lining Giveaway, and such interpretation shall be binding upon all participants. Oh Mi Organics LLC shall not be responsible for any administrative errors involved in the execution of any Giveaway.

Participants must own all rights to any photographs entered in this Silver Lining Giveaway. By submitting an image, the Participant represents and warrants that such submission does not infringe any third-party rights or other rights protected by law.

All Silver Lining Giveaway entries become the exclusive property of Oh Mi Organics LLC , and Oh Mi Organics LLC  may use any of the entries for any purpose whatsoever, without further compensation to the entrant.  By entering the Silver Lining Giveaway, entrant expressly grants Oh Mi Organics LLC a license to use entrant’s name and submitted photographs in connection with any publication or other use of that entrant’s entry.  The Silver Lining Giveaway begins at 12:00am EST on October 1st, 2017 and ends 11:59pm EST on December 31st, 2017.  Prizes must be claimed no later than January 15th, 2018. Oh Mi Organics LLC reserves the right to amend the Silver Lining Giveaway dates at its discretion and without notice.
